Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

Today’s CCO All In Huddle

nothing was said about layoffs. They’re filling the roles of people who have left. Just a lot of shifting work and opening up phone lines so everyone can take calls. (That means working holidays I’m sure). And attorney mail. Sounds like so much fun.

Florida claims is overrated joke.

Overpaid and when they telecommute to a state that actually requires in depth medical knowledge (Michigan for sure don’t work there but they have Cat claims requiring purchasing HOMES at policyholder expense) or New York, say
Versus med pay or simplistic semi -
Cap cr@p it shows.

The pay scales by state reflect nothing re knowledge depth and moreso d-mb tradition and inertia.

#telecommuting_out_this_mess_seeyou!

We do work. Very hard. I gave and still give my best. As for my co-workers. We’re cleaning up Florida’s mess so they can cut their massive amounts of OT. What do you do?

Don't you get it? They are going to try and clean up some of the mess before it transitions. They have hired before and 3 months later everyone lost their jobs.

But but but... there's a topic on this board stating otherwise! Don't you know mass layoffs are just around the corner???

[Of course that topic was just a guy typing out of his ***.]
