In a little over a decade, the number of good workers has gone down significantly, the amount of work we're expected to do for the same pay has gone up, as have stress levels due to constant layoffs. The quality of management has gone down significantly as merit stopped being the main criteria for advancement. There are many more things but those are the top ones I've noticed. As far as good changes are concerned, I got nothing.

My husband will stop drinking and beating me … someday!
And you tolerate it?
I totally agree. Over 10 years I have seen the same. Conditions are worse, and while my starting salary was acceptable, but a 1.5% raise over 10 years, well inflation is making me poorer every day!
Look at their leader. How lost can an individual get? You can't work for people like that.
The only thing he looks at is himself in the mirror.
The longer you stay the poorer you will be, let me repeat that:
THE LONGER YOU STAY THE POORER YOU WILL BE, THIS COMPANY DOES NOT GIVE A FU-K ABOUT YOU.
