One can't build the new from the bottom , Mike S and the whole board needs to go and a team that cares about our customers and the heart and soul of DXC us technically sound peoples needs to be put in place

Try to stop b|tching and complaining about Sh1thole Company.
The secret of change is to focus all your energy not on fighting the Sh1thole Company but on building your own new life elsewhere.

I smile when I read these spam bots about bi-----g and how everyone should focus on Making the coma h better. I worked really hard when I was there to help others when all was falling down around me and for the sake of maintaining team morale and working around problems such as no funding to meet suppliers or be able to be on site to support clients or vendors and trying to run everything from a teams meeting and trying to be an ambassador for the new acquisitions. I then got made redundant! As did the whole team and I even came back to hand over to the Indian team. 3 months on and it all went pear shape with the client. So depressing. I made the mistake of not getting out the cesspool early enough. But I have a god job, more money and less stress. It took a while to get over the stress effect, but very aware of the signs now and would always get out early if those same signs show themselves again in my career.

Nope. The secret to change is to not ki-l yourself for years trying to fix a company that doesn't care about you in the slightest. The secret is that no matter how hard you work, if a nameless manager above you decides your cost center needs to save money, you'll be gone without a second thought. The secret is that the only people that ever come out ahead in these situations are either lucky, connected, or are part of the senior leadership team.
