The last rounds of cuts were in July.

Of course not. The Holiday cuts haven’t happened yet.

Ask anyone that has been with the company 30 years if the cuts are ever done. Sure, you get the all clear. Then there is a flurry of activity to figure out who is doing what. The company is going through a major transformation. The economy is not in good shape. Do you think a long term organization is established?

Maybe Ford still had something they needed you to do and you survived until 2023, then you will get cut with a much lower lump sum payment. Be very careful, pension eligible folks.

I think its going to be cuts in each quarter. They have been cutting people throughout the year. Before this July was basically d day month. I guess we get d day week right i wonder what mext quarter will be.

This has been going on since srd i think 2018/2019. I feel the cuts have been never ending

Until Farley or someone who actually cares about Ford employees speaks to the 8000 number leaked to the press, how can anyone think it is done? Maybe 8K was in total including previous cuts and this was the last of it. I highly doubt it.

The last round of cuts was in late April, 2022. That was less than 4 months and there’s still slightly more than 4 months left in 2022.
