I can't shake the impression that Avaya is very, very stuck in the past. The leadership simply has no vision for the company.

Most of the managers are just that without any leadership skills.
Our rights are not being respected on a daily basis. I've work from 9am to 2am without any extra pay
There's no real training for most of the new tools on a technical sense so there's a lot of systems issues that we can't solve without IT (that has an SLA of over a month), we just get train to sell
The upper and middle management need to be purged. Anyone who survived the last CEOs tear is not a survivor, but rather a co-conspirator. Also, just wipe out product and marketing yet keep developers and engineers.
