End of first quarter.
Does anyone have clues/insight on timing? My manager is void of any tangible information.

Any shareholder, but all the normal employees lost their shares in bankruptcy and only the top tier Directors and VPs were given any new shares, so yup mainly the execs
Who benefits from being sold? Just the execs?

There would most definitely be a layoff. I don’t understand why we even entertain offers.
Not everyone would even get offered to move. I’m guessing 20% of Plano.

Field should be ok. Plano jobs will likely be gone unless you want to move to Houston.
