We didn't. Does that mean there is a chance we'll be hit again even though we already lost a bunch of people in the last two days? I'm hoping this is just a case of some managers being more compassionate than others and not an indicator that tomorrow will bring even more cuts to our group. I'm not sure I could take it.

What are you clear from? Dodge a bullet today, but leadership ineptness will get you tomorrow.
All clear is all clear for August. There are some ex-Ford working at one of the Infrastructure-As-A-Service companies. They are on a team that was spun up to take on many of the IT infrastructure functions later this year. Ironically Ford didn’t need them, cut them and now they will be instrumental in cutting their loafing ex-coworkers.

some depts are done, others will be done by cob today. "All Clear" will be announced in tomorrow's all hands townhall.

You mean an "all clear for now but more are coming!"? That's the messaging. The new Ford, layoffs always hanging over your head!
One of my friends manager gave a all clear on Monday afternoon and after 15 minutes another manager called my friend, wanted to talk to him and told him that he was let go. I don't think that the left hand knows what the right hand is doing.
Yes, the layoffs might not be over. I've heard of managers giving the all-clear for their teams as well.
