The way layoffs are managed here is terrible. They literally did not give the people who got laid off time to say goodbye to their colleagues.
I loved working here, but in any case, even if I survive, I will give myself a deadline to leave here as soon as possible. Morale was already low enough even before these cuts, so it wouldn't surprise me at all if the cuts were followed by a mass exodus of those who survived?
No one likes to work in this much uncertainty, and Ford is slowly becoming synonymous with uncertainty.

Escorting workers at Ford out the door like criminals upon notice of termination is nothing new. Nor, is the lie of "Ford Family" nothing new. You have decided to pursue the best route.
