Can't do Townhalls or training as there is no PPMC or Billing WBS to charge too!
If you don't charge to a billable WBS your Riff'ed
Work/life balance, definitely. I can do my daily chores and commitments whenever I want and plan work around it. The pay isn't great, but it pays the bills and that's all I need. My colleagues are simply great overall. No complaints there.
I lov know if attending townhalls and culture week celebrations. They are really eye opening.
Voice to text correction --> What do I like best some of the people I work with are fantastic people "and" really know their stuff and that's a joy. the other side of the coin there are so many people that think they know sh-t and don't know nothing.
There are too many meetings with too many people. Meeting should only have people in the meeting they can ask actually contribute And make a decision.
Every meeting needs agenda and it needs minutes afterwards to be sent out to everyone
I am one the lucky ones I only have 2 years to go and RETIREMENT.
Taking naps when I want to.
Exercising when I want to.
Cooking nice meals.
Remodeling house.
No daily meetings.
No one breathing down my neck.
Going out for a 2 hour lunch.
Milking stupid projects because the system promotes it.
Taking days off when I fell like it.
Playing around on internet.
Wasting time on this stupid site.

I wanted the lucky ones I only got a year or two to go to retirement.
That I don’t work for them.
@1vwp+1imlhMLD Get that resume ready.
20+year employee here.. I stay because of my direct leader and flexibility. Working from home for over 15 years was the icing on the cake. Now that everyone else is allowing remote working only competitive pay will keep me here. If this year's raise isn't at least 10%, I'll be gone before EOY.
Great place for doing nothing and collect salary
Having bills to pay
Everybody has a wbs to book hours - then nothing else to worry
