What is the use of being bitter or holding grudge or hate? Someone was lucky and didn’t get cut. Let him be a slacker or bootlicker. Those are his/here’s traits. Would you ask the same question to a politician? It’s just a challenge in your and you have to get over it. This is reality. No one cares except yourself. FMC weathered a lot of downturns and lived over a century.It will continue to live.Only actors come, have their piece of the pie and go. Ceremoniously or unceremoniously. Don’t rant here. If you have the right skills and attitude you will get a better position.

Look who is at the HR helm - ex GE. Neutron Jack Welch on steroids. Ford will learn the hard way that this is not the way to go but this new head of HR will undoubtedly take the company there. Something about those ignoring history being doomed to repeat it.
