Technical Supervisors LL6 and Technical Specialists LL6 were let go from ITO today.
The non-technical LL6s laughably badged as Technical Specialists and/or HTHD were retained in ITO. The non-technical supervisory LL6 were retained in ITO.
In other words the incompetent sycophant weasels were all retained. Same stunt the incompetent LL3 pulled in 2019. Chuckles ShxtShow V2.0. Sure doesn’t square with what Doug Fields has been preaching.
At the formerly known TDE, there were ~80 people let go yesterday. All of them from the ATNPC Bldg, between 10 and 15 LL6's and one LL5. The rest were GSR's. There were roughly 60% "young" individuals w/less than 10 years in service and the other 40% were "mature" ones with at least 20 years in service. All of them are outstanding professionals, there are slackers left behind. Some Tech Specs were top notch but they were let go.
It is sad that many of those Tech Specs gave a lot of their lives to Ford and they did not get a proper farewell, many of them were pool boys to managers and chief engineers doing the grunt work fixing quality issues due to bad management decisions.
Sad that the director who knew them personally allowed the chief engineer to cut them loose. Many of those LL6's indeed lost their mentors who protected them so they were fair game in losing LL's one.
It was a beauty contest where those who had no Daddy or Mommy were cut.
Unfortunately, there were left behind many managers and LL6's who should have gone too. Current line up at TDE is like the Tigers or the Lions, toothless and pawless bunch of useless leadership level individuals
