From what I see, a 30min private meeting = you're cut. But what does the 15min private meeting mean? Anyone? Is it a re-assignment or a cut as well?

My 15-minute meeting was goodbye. For a teammate of mine it was a "you're safe but reassigned". Can't go by length.
It really doesn't matter how long the meeting is, mine was a short 5 mins and anyway there's nothing more to say when told: we have no position left for you so your services are no longer needed, your last day will be.....
All of my director's meetings were only 15 minutes.
Don't think it matters as there isn't anything to say after you hear the paragraph read to you. No appeal, waiting on the governor, etc... Mine took less than 5 minutes.
