Job is a job at the end of the day....but Bosch in CC-NA is also a strong meh imo. Super stable (not to be understated rn), great 401k match, and you can easily switch between teams....but pay and bonuses are depressing, tech stack is from the stone age, culture is sterile, resources are low, and teams are very lean due to attrition.
99% of the core engineering (ie competence) and processes are done in Germany, and the US is almost purely a regional support site with massive disconnects to Germany. Great for a new hire, or some one that prefers breadth not depth.
