Thread regarding Denbury Resources Inc. layoffs

EAM stripped away the morale

Sale or no sale, EAM has already removed the morale from the employees who took ownership of their work. An ever expanding team that generate made up reports and numbers to get promoted while the actual working money makers get the shaft. Everything the EAM group does just makes it harder to get things done. All that money spent. I can’t believe these people have pulled the wool that far over this company’s eyes.

I worked for Denbury for 9yrs, 4-5 of which was pre SAP. I loved my job but SAP and GS and all of his bs sucked the life out of me and I couldn’t stand coming to work anymore so I hung it up and went elsewhere.
No regrets!

Just make sure that gets done in your weekly schedule. And don't forget time confirmation. Need that data boys.

Pretty much the best post I've ever read on this site. They get all this "data" and it's going to be so beneficial....i cant think of one damn thing we are more efficient with now that eam is involved. Anyone that's been around pre SAP knows what a disaster this all is.
