Anyone heard about a potential sales RIF in September? Not sure if it's simply cutting underperforming folks or something bigger.

Yeah. JA was let go so now many report directly to JS.

Unions aren't going to save you - This company is bankrupt. Just because they call themselves 'Kinetic' now, doesn't change anything.
Reach out to CWA district office. Or, find out the Local that the ILECs are part of in your state, and reach out to them. The CWA has a dedicated team just for new organizing and they can run the whole process for you.
I don’t know about sales but does anyone know how to get signed up for a union shop?? I know the ILEC guys are represented. Can I sign up as a CLEC tech??
It's going to happen. Direct to consumer is going to replace local/regional sales. No vales in a sales teams these days.
