Slipped up on this re August pay packets, expect a apology and backdating.

"Be direct but respectful"
His obviously going to send out an apology about when he flipped on the town hall about pay.

"Treat others the way you want to be treated"
So looks like big raises are to be given to the hard workers 50%?

I knew he was full of it years ago during Covid when he laid out his plan and he skipped his own first step: To get employees enthusiastic and invested in company again.

But then he had no actual plan to do this and instead went on about people who were concerned they were next on the chopping block or worried about pay must not be team players, blah blah blah. So he's just trying to just guilt everyone into shutting up. No actual plan for step one. And then the rest is supposed to build on the foundation he just failed to lay out.

Yet he gets huge compensation gains for failing to succeed, when shouldn't he just being doing the job because he loves it and wants DXC to succeed?

This is just a repetition... but it is interesting to refresh memories of promises past. Makes you realise what an honorable gent he is, just as we get a reminder of how good a businessman he is for successive quarters 👏 ... what a leader 🤔

If the Board, SR VP and VP's took a cut in pay, bonus and stock options till the employees could get a fair increase then I would feel better about OneDXC. But it's only OneDXC for us grunts who do all the support and try to support our customers and we get ZERO and laid offs

Mike S missed in his DXC values , he missed on his goals, so why is he not WRF without a golden parachute?
