They absolutely got rid of loyal long term employees to save money. I hope the new employees over pay on claims. This company is horrible. Get a job where they appreciate the employee. ALLSNAKE does not!

Inappropriate comments that focus on personal relationships are flat out wrong to state on this site. Send me your cell number and I will explain why. Disagree with strategy and our inability to execute is fine but insulting personal integrity with false accusations is 1000% unethical.

The trouble in claims isn’t the leadership, it’s the whiny baby claim reps that feel they don’t have to work to earn their pay. Just go away!!!
Claims is where the money is leaking from. They fired too many good adjusters leaving the absolute bad ones in the process
