Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Lots of useless managers

Intel is full of useless managers. I would like to see the company cut most of them. However, I am convinced that this will not happen for a long time.
I don't know how some of them generally justify their work here? It seems that some of them really do nothing, and I think that cutting them would help the employees who work in the interest of this company to save their jobs.

You guys are amateurs! I MAKE po-n in the video conference rooms using the company laptop while at work in the office. Go big or go home! Here's one of my scenes: https://youtu.be/2EkXa0GMH1w

I enjoy working for Intel a lot! Which other company would allow me to watch po-n during "working from home".

My team most engineers take minimum 2 free months vacations...not including sick days

My coworker as a lab debug engineer did not even show up since COVID 19, and got promoted in grade and promoted as manager. Only Intel..

The only solution is to package the useless sh-t divisions with excess managers like the modem division and sell it to some su---r like apple.

How is ranting on a layoff board going to solve anything?
Just leave Intel for a better company.

If you stick around in a bad situation which is difficult to change and getting worse... at some point, the fault is your own for staying.

PS. I've already left a while ago. I just read the comments here for entertainment, watching my former id--t managers go down with the titanic.

Complainers should just leave.
You aren’t going to change anything here or even within Intel.

It is always the 6 week trip to India when they promised to work remotely but then it's a no show due to time difference. Every single time.

I know some that take about 2 or 3 months of vacations per year. Theh are always in bonding leave, vacations, sab, or a combination of these.

Thats what happens when a company culture is all about politics and only caring about yourself. The people who are promoted drink the Kool aid and offer no new ideas, or threat, to existing power structures.
