That wasn't his vision. It's a commodity. This was going to happen. Tech has figured out people don't care about customer service. Dinosaurs like Allstate didn't adapt fast enough and now they can't catch up.

So glad that dog is gone. Hopefully he doesn’t go to yet another company to destroy it too. It will take years to turn that sinking ship around. How many good employees and customers have they lost? Way too many.
This company once cared about the employee. Not anymore. And yet you wonder why your employees don’t care!!!! Wake up. Better yet take the entire company to India and see if you can just go belly up.
