Yet you pay your front line less than anyone. You overwork them. And, worst of all, you have run off the majority of our talent.
USAA has gobbled up so many claims reps and will continue to do so. Starting pay for experienced OAs at USAA is more than what Allstate pays their managers! Much less claims employees.
You get what you pay for. Retention is achieved through excellent customer service. The company has taken steps that leave our employees with literally no interest in going above and beyond to take care of the customer.
Warning to anyone looking to work for this company: more work, less pay, and lowest morale in the industry are what you will find here. The only upside is you can mindlessly do the work with little or no give a damn.

Not sure you can "mindlessly do the work" when you're being held accountable for everything on your desk starting with the insane volume of claims per adjuster. Add in the number of incoming phone calls and voicemails... processes that are not working properly ... and the ADJUSTER is being held accountable for it all. Why aren't the metrics being met? Look at the top of the organizational charts ... not the bottom. Stress. frustration, anger is what has resulted and yet management wants even more "results"? Mindless work is easy work and this is very far from that. The exodus will continue as the sh-t storm moves forward.
Lower pay and no bonuses is the Allstate way.
