I thought attrition would slow down a bit, but it still doesn't seem to be happening. I worked with great people, almost all of whom have now gone to competitors.
Does the management understand the damage that is being done to this company? Do they intend to do anything about it?

I finally left 2 and half years ago to software sales and made $230k my first year. Move away from telecom and you’ll be better off.
You honestly think these Executives care? That’s your first mistake! They don’t care about employees! They have destroyed this company all on their own! Good riddance!
