If you all think that Transformative Growth is suddenly going away, you are sadly mistaken. They are too far into things like compensation programs and expense reduction initiatives to make a U turn. It takes more than one person to sc--w things up and it will be years before we dig out of it. Plus, the elephant in the room - our distribution system is quickly becoming obsolete. Allstate has proven over and over again that they have no ability to compete effectively in the direct market. The misery will continue.
