Don't worry Platform-X is able to anticipate a downgrade and can counteract it by forcing another big name investment house to upgrade its stance, apropos putting the pin back in.
We don't know if we are cloud services company or Hardware/outsourcer. We keep buy Physicals equipment , if we are SERVICES company then sell off the other part because we can't do BOTH.

VirtualClarity is just another one of those now-hollowed-out pieces of business acquired and never integrated, and all we have now is the residual debris lying around along with the rest of the broken shells of acquired companies - the key IP was in the people who as usual left early on (or never even stayed after the acquisition)
Without cloud right we would be in a real bad position - thank God we have that stream of business and revenue that we will come out of this headwind scenario.
