I hope the September RIF/WFR is going to happen. I have been wanting to be unemployed for several years now. I have my fingers crossed that I will be included in this activity.
nice canned response....sorry...not falling for it.
Next round of WFR is Sep.15, 2022 impacting both Canada and the US. Primarily affecting MB for sales and again the older, more tenured and expensive personnel.
usually a non response means there is no proof...just speculation.
Yes would be great to hear what area and if any proof.
do you have legitimate proof regarding mid September or is this a fear mongering 'gut feel'?
It’s mid September. They’re calling it redundancy. But it’s the ol wage and age cut. In texas you lose your vacation, severance is 2 mos plus 1 week for each year, I don’t know if they’ll pro-rate the bonus if you’re not in sales.

2020 hack jobs happened mid September. I was given 2 days notice by the 2 Bobs. They had the ba--s to ask me to wrap stuff up. I told them I'm taking vacation days so maybe later. It ties into the fine print of severance ri---b.
Dell notify WFH of RIF by schedule a ZC with you. In my friend's case, the DIR talked to him via ZC directly. If your DIR schedule a ZC with you for no reasons then you number is drawn. You win/lose depending on your situation.
How does Dell notify WFH of RIF
all RIF related changes will be completed by the end of the month
I would imagine the two Bob's will be doing interviews soon.
More TPS reports until then.
Are you a bot?
Seems like a stupid question unless you are just trying to increase anxiety.
in other words....you don't know based on your answer
Is it going to be this month or September?
