If the debts to heavy no one will acquire them and it will make most sense to file chapter 11. Avaya doesn’t have its own cloud practice and existing customers on ACO will be very upset if Avaya retires ACO forcing them to move to a new cloud platform outside of Ring Central. Avaya is in a tight spot.
Large Avaya partners are displacing Avaya with Ring Central, Zoom and other cloud UC platforms. If the Avaya Partners no longer have confidence in Avaya, then it not a bright future. I wish Avaya well.
Ring can't do it. They may have inflated mart cap, yet they couldn't take on the debt. 8% shares is meaningless to positioning them to be able to acquire Avaya.
Avaya is worth more dead than alive. This is the reality!
Correction. Market cap as of Friday 9/16/2022 $163.27 million.
Avaya market cap as of Friday 7/16/2022 is $163.27 million.
Avaya is a dead company and has a very small market cap and could easily be acquired by Ring Central which already owns over 8% of Avaya stock. The game is over for Avaya!
Ring has zero leverage based on PRIOR relationship. Ring also doesn't have financial depth to take on Avaya. Now the board seat Ring secured is likely the mole that is trying to force a aya to bankruptcy.
If anyone buys Avaya it would be Ring Central since they already have a deal and I believe Ring owns a stake in Avaya.
The stories of a huge Avaya base are mythical. It’s been gone for many years.
Well....all related communications vendors have made it clear they want the customer base....
Yet Zoom in particular has little to offer for a full contact center package. It's an add declaration. And not news....confused???
