I think the majority here will agree that working harder will bring you nothing but more stress and exhaustion. That's why I always wonder why many people still put in so much effort?

Self pride is why people put in the effort some of us were taught to actually do everything to the best of our ability whether we’re happy with a job or not if you don’t want to put the time in any effort in maybe It’s time to find a new job where you can let your skills work for you just takes the courage to walk away
Fake news, I don't know anyone that puts in much effort at all. Maybe the few new hire Conductors that haven't become jaded enough to quit *yet.
