Seems like T is, and has been, running on autopilot for quite some time. Maybe he feels that he has lost the confidence of most all employees. Maybe it's his health. Something seems very wrong, can't quite put my finger on it.

When you're in the connectivity (Fiber/Wireless) business and your quarterly results are great. There is not a whole lot of work for a CEO to do.
As long as we are doing the work and carrying the company, he doesn't have to do much.
