Thread regarding Crown Castle International Corp. layoffs

Poll: do you trust jay brown

I don’t know how to put up a poll but I’d like to see a show of hands for how many people trust jay brown and the EMT. A simply yes or no will suffice.

I’m glad the Lightower people left for lightpath. All they knew was to pump and dump. They never knew how to build lasting value. They’ll pump and dump lightpath the same way they did Lightower. They only need to pray for another id--t like jay brown to overpay for their garbage network.

They Guy is an id--t! What leader doesn't make the leaders of a company they purchased-(Lightower) sign non-competes? The Lightowner mgt team cleaned our clocks getting top talent to jump ship. How did we lose hundreds of top notch employees the last 3 years when 4-5 years employee turnover was extremely low. His rebuttal to Elliot Mgt Group trashing us...and I agreed with everything they said......... was a joke! He gives away Millions of crowns money to the United Ne--o College Fund for optics after the BLM riots. Brown is the classic case of right place right time as our stock will remain high due to 5G growth, not his leadership.

@1nph+1ifXc0I5 The inner circle in all probability is the problem. The chief receives bad intel from the generals resulting in a charlie foxtrot situation. It has been seen time after time as the chief has no time to authenticate and is easy to wrap around the finger - like ken lay. Trust is important, but dangerous. Fugazi

@8rli+1ifXc0I5 I looked up the church that Jay Brown is a part of a few years ago. The "Living Water" leadership page is packed to the brim with executives. I know Jesus was a fisherman, but that many executives in one church seems a little too fishy.

He is a phony, retread bean-counter and fake Christian. The way he runs the company he should be in confession doing penance every day.

I was neutral until he says that inflation is caused by bad leadership.

Great post and terrific insight Bae J'rown.

Add Cathy Piche to your list. She talks the talk, but certainly doesn't walk it and is a complete American Tower fraud. Treats people underneath her terribly, has underlings plan much of her personal travel/getaways, will speak disrespectfully in a second with peers and is quite the offender on expense reports with her own personal expenses. I suppose when you are that high up the food chain, there is nobody to manage you?

Unrelated note. Why does it seem that every other Crown employee is a "Program Manager?" What a joke title.

Jay seems to be no more or less trustworthy than any other corporate CEO. The other members of the EMT seem to me to be by and large a bunch of C-suite muppets who are really good at talking a bunch of flowery nonsense that sounds good when you say it out loud, but in reality is a bag of Lay's that's 80% air

Jay Brown - I do not trust him - he tries too hard to give himself an image/control the way people see him. I saw him after a "Connected By Good" PR stunt. Jay and his wife were distraught that the news people came too late, and the park cleaning efforts were over. So, they cancelled the news interview, because they were worried that the park cleaning was going to look too staged.

Teddy Adams - One of the best litigators in the country - I trust him

Aura Greenburg - I do not trust her - I think she makes a great word salad though!

Mike Kavanaugh - N/A

Phil Kelley - I do not trust him. At a morning tea he talked about a conference he went to. He said that blood computers are the future and 6G will be the infrastructure to support those permanent Nano-computers that will run off the chemical energy in our bodies.

Chris Levendos - I do not trust the google fiber guy running the CC fiber business.

Ben Lowe - N/A

Son Nguyen - N/A

Laura Nichol - I do not trust her. She is a part timer - she doesn't even trust CC as her full time gig.

Paul Reddick - N/A

Karen Rohrkemper - N/A

Dan Schlanger - I do not trust Dan. One of his first speeches at CC was how he failed at his last company and had to lay off a bunch of people. Then we had to layoff 500 people and now we all talk on this site. So, he's great at bringing people together. Unfortunately the people he brings together all get to meet up at the unemployment office/food pantry/etc.

Ken Simon - N/A

Zenia Zaveri - N/A

Unsure.

I teeter on Jay. I think he may be okay and other members of the EMT are the issue, specifically Laura, but like all of us visibility is limited.

I think he's similar to Bob A. He seemed good but his inner circle was/is awful so it's hard to tell if he just trusted the wrong people or if they were allowed to be the scapegoats.
