Has the new owner indicated any future plans for the building? Back in the day when I worked there it was already a real dump. Just curious what the current situation is.
I think there is a collections group there yet and maybe a finance group. I can't imagine there are many tenants left.

Riverwood employees are moving to broadway so it’s rented back. For who knows how long.
I guarantee the rent is cheaper than the repairs the owners will have to make. Buyer will lose money.
