I am almost certain that everyone who is laid off, after the initial stress has passed, will be much better off than those who survive and stay here.
What will this company look like after these cuts? It's already miserable to work here and after cuts it will probably become even worse.

I was told one week ago that I am being let go. About 1/3 of the Bid Management team I worked with is also being impacted. Immediately, and for a few days after, several thoughts run through my mind as well as different emotions. However; I am going to stay positive! While T-Mo is paying me to go away (severance) it's not enough for them to "rent space in my head". I am confident, if I stay positive, keep my head up, and put some effort into Moving Forward, I will come out WAY better in the long run! Best of luck to those who remain.... and for those impacted, I wish you even greater success!
If you are feeling miserable at your workplace, you should start looking for something else my friend.
