I don't think that any complaints can change this place for the better, unless each person individually acts on their complaints by submitting his/her resignation. Agree? Anyone who hopes that one day it will be better here is living in an illusion.

Nah, even that won't help. Allstate has 3 contracting companies full of foreign workers making a quarter of what we are per hour that are about to be unleashed to multiple areas in the next 6-12 months. The more of us onshore employees that quit due to being demoralized and stressed to death or thst get terminated for not living within their vision and culture the better for them. And less of us to have to worry about once the ax comes out.
This makes zero sense
