The managers and above here are very talented at destroying any enthusiasm an employee has for their job. I loved my job until I came here. Perhaps the managers directors and c suite are the ones who should ask themselves how much people here really care about their work anymore and how does that affect the company? Oh yes, I forgot, they don't care about this company at all.
