I was laid off from ETS. 20+ year worker... we have a TON of work coming so it makes no sense. The day I was notified was the 1st day for a new contractor brought onto my team to handle the workload.

Marketing here... laid off in April... rehired... promoted... and laid off again this past Thursday.

The way the WARN notifications are required are being skirted by the way the SLT is doing the reorgs. Relatively small layoffs across multiple locations, pay restructuring help these cuts fly under the radar. Also terming them as "efficiencies" from the merger.
Why does tmobile get a pass on accountability for mass layoffs?

I question your 53k target. TMO is a much larger and more complicated company with the integration of sprint then it was before.
The customer care org is also more complicated
Not laid off but I quit after they restructure pay. I was told I would see an annual decrease of at least $5900… bye and f this cr-p
Marketing went through a round yesterday. Digital is coming in a few weeks. TFB again next month.
They’re just rotating groups through March, multiple rounds for each group, until they get to 53K employees.
Marketing was hit Wednesday & Thursday.
