Their percentage for ratings is complete bull$#!+. Tired of going above & beyond for a meets. I’ve had 3 managers this year bc they didn’t know where to move me. This place is a complete clusterf#<¥. Been here over 20 years. Trying to decide if I want to coast a few more years or get outta here. Its comical now. Just when you think you’ve seen it all, some clown surprises you. Good luck to all those riding it out.

My manager, who I had considered a friend, gave me a "Inconsistently Meets." Told me it was not her decision (which was true). Her 2-up required it as part of a quota and I was an easy target. Mind you, my projects were very successful and I was having one of my best years in terms of working with a wonderful team, etc. But then, when I disputed with H.R. she lied and said it was her decision. She had already left the department and could have been truthful about who required the performance evaluation to be poor. They lost a 23 year employee over it. I quit. Mike $chimek is scumbag liar too. So is Toad M0ntgomery.
