Allstate getting rid of paper billing august 15

If I was Tom Wilson just make it so customers have a choice if they want to receive a bill in the mail. Let me guess with this new change of course they are still going to charge a installment fee smh. This company is ran by people who do not have any creative thinking skills.

Easier for third parties to spy on your financial activity and accounts and share private employee and and policyholders data. Even device and IP and phone # addresses

Sick really. Sickos and surveillance systems and processes are deceitful

It will definitely cut expenses in personal, materials and postage. But it’s also a retention play as people, especially older folks, don’t pay as close attention to electronic delivery as they do to paper coming in the mail so, it’s less likely they will notice a premium increase when it’s time to renew.

So we have a thumbs up and a thumbs down. I wish there was one for “Go away troll” for the person who mentioned being old!

How old are you that you need a piece of paper mailed to you?

Why wouldn’t he charge an installment fee? If the customer doesn’t pay in full they get a bill. Many operating costs go into that fee. And approved by each Department of Insurance in every state.
