Hey All,
the survey is coming. Let's rally up for some sort of stimulus relief via either a higher merit increase , or some sort of extra $$ on our checks to help with the cost of living.
Thoughts ?

I would be more concerned about keeping your job than getting a wage increase right now.
They don't want to hear your opinions. They just want to be able to say they asked for them.
Worst excuse for an engagement survey ever. What did it cost to contract out for the very few questions that were asked? And to what end? Seriously, what legitimate insights can be gleaned from that? What a waste of time and money. Why did they even bother?
They don’t give any room for comments….intentional I’m sure.
