I am planning to arrive on the scene with a thrilling news that all of you will thank for. It will be a win win situation for all of DXC and its customers!
DXC CEO Salvino: "Cost Optimization Push Will Include Sale Of Noncore Assets". Well if we are to become a Cloud services company , then ALL the assets are NON-CORE

Lets see how much Mr. Shouting steals from the share holders
Seems like the IT management side is just like dxc absolute cr-p. Read the reviews for IT below. Kkr would have been better.

There is an alert on the bottom right of the home page that says the compensation screens have temporarily been taken away, back on 7th Oct. I didn't see the alert due to it's stupid placement, so raised an HR case. No explanation given, so make of it what you will
Workday (for me in the US) is no longer showing useful content on the Compensation tab. Any of you smart people, open a case with HR? I would guess not :(
@3zus+1iYdm7tI & @3ycs+1iYdm7tI
If your compensation tab is blank, this means one of two things:
- There's a glitch in Workday
- You've been WFR'd, but your managers were also WFR'd and couldn't tell you about it.
Good luck!
@3zus+1iYdm7tI Same here for me in EMEA. Compensation tab no longer shows any information.

In Friday's meeting about mid year goals, it was said the raise decision for the Americas would be made after the quarter end - which was Friday. So we should be told one way or the other soon.
DXC CEO Salvino: Fire him for cause as he has not lived up to DXC Values.
Do as we say were going to do --No word on August 2022 reviews and pay increases
Do the right thing -The board , the executives should take HUGE pay cuts , no bonus , no stock options till the rank and file with meets or exceeds gets pay increases
I left the company two years ago during the start of the pandemic. My Shouty memory was of him doing a townhall from his basement, complaining about passive aggressive employees, and about how his home internet was slow because of all the gaming going on in his house.
There's job openings out there - leave the company, guys.
He is busy re due diligence of the disjointed mess that left to see what capabilities they have left to at are saleable and what their future growth potential might be in the hands of and equity firm who have comparatively limited experience and might not understand the goldmine they are sitting on. Listen pal, this platform x normally retails at $1.2B in the city. It comes will all the extras and its recommended by Elon Musk who swears by it for his space rockets. Now, I can let you have this today at a once time offer of $1B. Look Iam practically giving this away. Tell you what, I’ll even throw in a Britney CD, now I can’t say fairer than that, can I? You know it makes sense, mate. This time next year Rodders, , we’ll have 2 yachts.
he's busy negotiating the fire sale of residual parts of DXC to KKR, and his last big payout
Hey gang,
Sorry I've not been so vocal recently, I damaged my larynx on the last town hall.
Whilst I've been recuperating I've been playing a lot of golf with M1 and having steak dinners.
He is the chairman of the board now and has no time for the people that really keep the company going
DXC CEO Salvino: "Cost Optimization Push Will Include Sale Of Noncore Assets". Maybe he is a NON-CORE A$$-ET and got sold to the gypsies?? Could happen....
