How can the company be a beacon for the customers and a good neighbor when it is so bad to it’s own employees?

We sold what made us different, in order to reduce costs, using our inferior competitors are doing it as the reason.
I ask myself if our own companies policies, which are significantly higher than our now equal competitors who offer the same burned out handler experience, are worth the extra money I spend?
We are no different than allstate or safeco at this point.
Poor pay, the toxic positivity, the competing metrics, the understaffing in the claims department, being micro managed. Just to make a few. The condescending emails like the one the title of this post is in reference to.
