I'm part of a team/product line that was sold. Everyone kept their jobs. We are all relieved. No more anxiety about layoffs, reorganizations, a business that doesn't make sense, etc. In response to another question on this thread, TR doesn't announce when it sells off product lines. They don't want the rest of the employees to get nervous.

Why hasn't the sale of myPay Solutions been announced?

Sale of myPay is not a rumor, it's fact. CP Learning and the legal equivalent sale happened earlier this month and sale of CP Marketing and webbuilder happened last month. Not sure what has sold in other segments.

Some onesource products were sold (property tax and transfer pricing). Is that what you mean? Or the other sale pending?

Didn't hear about layoffs yet. 25 employees sold in one and 200 in the other.
