at this time any package is welcome... can't stand the mood in here anymore.

Job market is deteriorating quickly. It might be hard to find something.
I would be grateful for a package and happily move on to something else. Too bad a volunteer early retirement package is not being offered. Would probably help keep some of the newbs and allow those that are ready for early retirement an opportunity to say it's been real but I'm out of here.
