In my opinion, most people did not leave the company primarily because of higher pay or better benefits, but because most of the managers here are unbearable.
I have never experienced such arrogance from a manager anywhere.
Unfortunately, I doubt that the company will let go of these bad managers. They stay here the longest.
I left because I wasn’t learning anything new
There are people working more than 100 miles from their offices. Nothing happens to them. It all depends on your manager. Rules are not evenly applied anywhere here.
A lot of people have left for better pay, but I’ve heard more and more are leaving so they can work fully remote from anywhere. It makes no sense for employees to have to live within 100 miles of the headquarters. I figure we will see more departures for that reason.
