No, DXC won’t sell for $10B as they still believe, despite the collapsing market and shrinking revenues, that it is worth two and a half times that.

so if seekingalpha article is correct DXC shareholders are again being offered about $10B for the company (roughly same as ATOS offered 20 months ago)

Amongst (many) other things KKR also own BMC Software. So when they acquire DXC they'll have a ready made replacement for the discontinued Platform X
DXC Technology, based in Ashburn, Virginia, has 94,000 employees listed on LinkedIn > and the DXC website says 130,300 so DXC fired/WFR 36,000 . SAD!
Doesn't mean every single DXC employee is on LinkedIn and for those that are, doesn't mean every single one identifies as working at DXC
