It was sh-t when it was HP, then even more sh-t when HPE and finally DXC ..... amazed that anyone falls for the BS - a lot are legacy deals (for example Deutsche Bank) - they won't hang around when its end of year 10 (2025). It must be the price and the 'smoke and mirrors' they give off to get the business (and of course in Deutsche Banks case Jaqueline Guichelar - a true snake who only benefits by dodgy outsource deals, DB, Lloyds Bank, Cisco, Reuters .....)
DXC is hiring in India , we see it on the intranet. But they are hiring people without cloud experitize as they are all looking to take training. Now I would rather lose my job to a lower cost expert in Cloud than a new hire that has to learn it. I can learn it and I already know the BS processes here at DXC . Fu-k Leadership
I don't think DXC has an issue attracting talent, but more of an issue in keeping that talent.
