Over worked

My senior is smartly trying to push all the work on me and even counting on the time I should spend on each task and asking to assign more work to me as the already assigned work should not take much time as per her/him. What should I do? I am new here and everyone else knows each other since long. Currently I am working on weekends and 2-3 hours every weekday to complete the tasks. Last weekend I competed a big chunk of work to keep my this week balanced. As soon as he/she got to know I am little free as my work is completed , he/ she spoke to seniors and got me assigned more work. I felt like crying today. He/ she acts so sweet and concerned and dramatic in front of everyone. Please help

Survey, 2+2+1, right. Work on your resume.

Your job isn't worth losing nights and weekends. Do what you can in eight hours and no more.

Just mention it as a comment in the "My Voice" survey.

They read all the comments, and I'm sure that it will be promptly addressed.

It's like this everywhere. Just stop working so much. It's okay to let a few deadlines slip. All your other hard work will make up for it.

Careful switching internally, many groups are the same.

I just joined a few months back. Agree on your take. I see how they praise each other all the time but never me. They do 10% of what I do at ground level , but take all the credit. I look like a fool when the seniors don’t acknowledge that work was done by me and not them and take away all the praises. I will look to switch departments internally.

Just start looking for a new job externally. It will only get worse and your bonus and raise won't reflect the true value of what you are doing. Your manager will probably get a great raise and bonus though.
