Magellan employee call center employee here. Any insight into upcoming layoffs for Magellan? No one is saying anything about the merger and were losing a few accounts on 12/31/22, but what's strange is that they are still hiring for call center dept.
Any insight would be great. Thank you in advance.
I wouldn't worry about a few Magellan contracts ending at the end of the year. When they divest MHN's EAP business next year by basically giving it all to Magellan (better tech and digital tools), it'll look more like Magellan absorbing MHN than the other way around.
Aren’t almost all call centers going off shore now? I know they are for Medicare…..cheap labor and low quality.
