The few of us that have to work in the Tampa Building will have to work during a Category 4 Hurricane. This is called sweatshop labor and a company that has no regard for its employees safety. They would rather get every ounce of our soul as they have no regard for employee lives. They should close the building off immediately but they won’t. Bravo Centene Bravo!

Assuming this post is accurate, those leaders need to be FIRED immediately. I encourage you to report them.
Call in duh.
Get the f out of the office and prepare for the hurricane - evacuate if necessary. I'm on the other FL coast and I'm still pondering what to do (working is not an option if the hurricane affects the area). My id--tic manager once expected people to take their laptops with them when they evacuated and continue to work out of hotels, good luck with that.
Stay safe!
Centene is bullsh*t! They have no regards for employees....even if you work at home you are not going to have power to work....but some managers don't understand and impact a hurricane can make. Wellcare never leave from Hurricane Irma and later apologized for not giving the day before for employees to make arrangements and unfortunately Centene won't do anything...even though the city of Tampa is under a hurricane watch and the entire state of Florida is in a state of emergency.
Centene stop the bullsh*t. Tell you're employees that are still in the office to be with there families in this crisis. Close the building as this is going to be possibility a Category 4 Hurricane. Let those that work in the building be with there families... work life balance is what Centene is about ...right?
