CNN: "Intel is the Dow's biggest loser"

https://www.cnn.com/2022/09/25/investing/stocks-week-ahead/index.html

Even the mainstream media is calling out Intel. Billions of US Taxpayer money is being shoveled into this dumpster fire.

"Shares of Intel (INTC) are down more than 45% this year, making it the biggest dog of the Dow."

"But Intel has been a laggard for longer. Shares are now trading at their lowest level since May 2016. The stock is down more than 25% in the past five years while the SOX has more than doubled, Nvidia is up nearly 200% and AMD has soared more than 400%."

I am down -37% on my INTC shares despite the SPP discounts of 15%. New CEO keeps saying he will create wealth for us 😱.

If I recall correctly, Jensen Huang said the only way he would accept a buyout from Intel if he was made CEO of the combined companies. So if that alternate history had taken place in the multiverse, maybe that version of Intel would be dominating, instead of the sad version we have now.

INTC buying NVDA back in 2009 would have likely destroyed NVDA as well. 🤔

Amazing how so many employees are being fooled by fraudster Pat.
It's really a shame what is going on and hopefully it does not go on for much longer..

I read the article and I hope the media and board give Pat some time to turn the ship around. Pat is cleaning up after many years of mismanagement, pet projects (like BK's stupid drones), etc. I've been at Intel for 2 decades and Pat is by far the most passionate, hard working CEO and he's wicked sharp. So you know I'm not a troll, I'll also say he completely screwed up on Larabee and we should have bought NV instead of deciding to make our own graphics back then. That said, I can't think of another tech executive I'd want at the helm during this difficult time. Satya is awesome, but we need someone who understands design and manufacturing. GB is an awesome guy, but he left and I like him too much to wish this job on him.

Intel management and technical leadership are the biggest losers in the semiconductor industry. Frauds, charlatans and clowns across the board. All they are good at is schmoozing with technical assistants in the cafeteria.
