Thread regarding Adidas layoffs

There's no fixing this

I do not think it can be fixed.
The company is choke-full with Franconian village mentality M1 and M2, YES men on German blue card and swarming ambitious VP-wannabes with severe psychopatic traits.
Add to that some extreme earnings-first mindset, preference for low wage labour only and discrimination of almost any kind possible to the mix and you have the picture of what adidas is. The cherry on top being the K.
Happy funeral!

Bumped from @bjfq+1iD5PAQ9 for being on point.

This company leadership is so uninspiring that I've seen M1, M2s leaving before 1h in the company. When they realize the caos and impossibility to change the status quo, they already go to another better led company in the market. I endosse the author at the top in every word.

Disagree. The brand has been around for a long time with lots of ups and downs along the way. It’s going to take a couple years to clean up the toxic culture KR is leaving behind and the brand will be a mess for a few years because of it. But if you systematically start fixing things it will eventually get better. When the new CEO comes in, the works council needs to stand down and let them clean up the garbage.
