My company just got bought by UHG and the id--ts have come with vaccine confirmation by October 1st!
When even cdc says the vaccine isnt doing cr-p!

BTT. What's the status on this issue now that we're in 2023? I'm looking for a 100% remote position at UHG and have religious exemption documents ready to go, just wondering if it's even necessary anymore or if people are still being discriminated against over it.
Do new employees still need to be vaccinated to be hired? Including fully remote positions?
@5nrk+1iTIr49K - UHG will NEVER release anything to the public. Too many lawsuits. This company a TOXIC HE!! H0LE! If you are in a position where you don't travel then you don't have to get the shot.
@5eqk+1iTIr49K That is great news!! I wonder what this means for all of the employees that were terminated due to vaccine non compliance?
Did UHG release a PR or other form of notification for public consumption regarding this action?

@1ntc+1iTIr49K: I disagree with your advice - anything you say can potentially be used against you, and the survey is supposed to be anonymous, are you confirming that it isn't anonymous?
Anyway, you're confirming you were terminated, sorry about that (you may have a legal case against them, though), I guess I don't understand why you give the company so much credit, in my mind they're a bunch of criminals for mandating this dangerous experimental poison.
It’s unbelievable that one can be denied a religious exemption . When has this ever happened?? Enough people have to speak up. It’s unacceptable !!!

I think it would be helpful if you researched Andrew Witty and his involvement with the vaccine development. Then you might understand a bit more why UHG is able to get away with mandating the vaccine.
I’m not understand why the vaccine is mandated when it was deemed unconstitutional by the Supreme Court and proven not to be effective with prevention or spreading the virus. I also just saw our lovely president already declared the pandemic over….

If you haven’t already, you will probably receive a mandatory ‘survey’ which will ask you to choose from the following choices:
- I am vaccinated
- I am planning to be vaccinated
- I will not be vaccinated
If you do receive the survey, choose ‘I will not be vaccinated’. In the meantime, contact your healthcare provider and ask if they will agree to write you an exemption. UHG has two different exemption forms - one for Medical and one for Religious.
If your healthcare provider agrees, they will have to complete the Medical exemption form provided by UHG, sign it and enter their NPI number. You can submit the Medical exemption to UHG and hope that they will approve it. In my experience, I was unable to get my provider to complete the Medical exemption, so I had to go the Religious route. My request was denied and I was terminated shortly thereafter.
They may push the deadline to respond out a bit, based on the number of responses that they get by October 1st.
