If someone were to ask me what frustrates me the most in this company, I wouldn't know where to start. The list of bad things is too long. Is there anything here that would be worth staying for? Maybe I'm exaggerating, but I don't see any good things here anymore and the future of the company looks bleak to me.

I'm struggling to imagine the company OP could join that would have shakier finances than Riverbed. Somewhere that pays in monkey NFTs or rubles?
Nothing wrong with testing the waters. Just do extra due diligence on the company’s finances.
Given the market, it seems like it doesn't really matter.
Is it really a good time to move given the market?
